I need someone who can make a simple code which is:

* Two dropdowns (using bootstraps list method)

* First dropdown will be Country (with a list of countries), second dropdown will be State/Province

* The country/state lists MUST be accurate!!!

* The full list must be already preloaded into the code, not downloaded via AJAX.

* The dropdown should look and function well

Please confirm that you know how to do this, and that you have Skype as we will be text-chatting.

If you're good you may be used for further projects!
