Animate flot chart and optimise animations in viewport Javascript

as the title suggests I am looking for someone to take a js page that serves a small dashboard running some flot charts , animate one more bar chart and tidy up the animations in terms of loading time, it is not optimised so there is lag on load, (loading data from csv files to populate charts)
