Adobe Acorbat XI forms javascript

I need someone to write javascript in Acrobat XI Acroforms to do the following; 1. Import data from excel 2. Spawn different forms based on the imported data; 3. Format cells in spawned forms based on events within the form; 4. Generate alerts when data is not entered correctly or when the user needs to be prompted with more information; 5. Summarize data on spawned forms into a cover page; 6. Amend File name with user name and date; 7. Set security / access setting in forms so users can not modify some sections of the forms; I have created several of the forms are already, this project is to write the javascript to provide the required functionality. Also I need this person to provided guidance on how best to format forms for use on tablets and provide advice on other functionality such as distributing, submitting and reviewing forms and how best to work with teams submitting forms. Please note this is NOT a LifeCycle project. Thanks
