We have a WebApp that tracks events sent to it from a mobile device. Currently these events are just logged on the users dashboard. We want to add the ability for the user to add people (by email and by SMS) when an event occurs with the ability to add multiple recipients . we kinda have GUI for that already, attached in images. need to add support for adding phone number (to be sent by Plivo) , and options for notification types/hours as listed by the 4 below: 1) None 2) All 3) Only Daytime Events ( 8am-9pm) 4) Only Nightime Events (9pm-8am) We have a plivo account already setup and our webapp runs on an Ubuntu Server running on AWS.
