Adapt html admin template to AngularJS - open to bidding -- 2

Hi, I have an admin html template that I sell on Themeforest: [login to view URL] I would like to add a full AngularJS version of it, if possible without Jquery. I give you another example of an admin template that give option of an html version and AngularJS version:[login to view URL] I need high quality code, with good structure and comments that permit to user to understand function / general code.
