A site similar to one listed below

I would like a site similar to [login to view URL] - but a lot simpler without all of its features. Initially it will be just a few pages I need - front page, inner page, two templates, but the project will develop if I am happy with your work - to include a database and other features. Budget is $60 for the above - but as I say there will be more work on the site. I would like to see examples of your previous work... and thanks!
