Design of listing blocks

We are looking for designs that take advantage of modern browser options including CSS3, HTHML5 but work fine with recent browsers including IE8/9/10. Use of javascript for fades, slides, tabs, hover effects, etc. is fine but we prefer custom javascript rather than using jquery (to save download time). We like 3d effects including shadows, shine. 1. First version of listings block will be 430 pixels wide and 180 pixels tall but will open up to 300 pixels high to show more info on hover. Attached image shows fields that could appear on hover. 2. Second version of listings block will be fixed at 430 pixels wide by 215 pixels high. Once we have picked designer, we will forward more details on content for each of two ad blocks.
