Convert PSD Design to Fully Function Magento Themes

I need someone can convert this PSD design into Magento themes. Needs to be done exactly as the PSD design. Needs additional javascript function at home page, The rest of the page use default magento. Such as all the facebook plugin and share this plugin, must be controllable from admin page. So i can choose to enable or disable it.
