I am wanting someone to create me a script of some sort that I can run on my windows server. The script must do the following, I have one almost created in powershell but can't get it fully completed. Example: I have 2 mp3 files that download into C:\Downloads\ I need these files to be converted to a WAV file and then saved into X:\Audio1\ & X:\Audio2\ at this location it will overwrite the current ones as this will run every hour.

Hello. Is it mandatory to use Powershell? For instance, it's much easier for me to write C/C++ console app with command line (based on sources of LAME codec). Isn't acceptable solution?
