Create FireFox Extension

My job description was too long to type out here. I have attached the entire job description as a text file. This job is to have a firefox extension programmed. We need the final deliverable to not only match the specs in the job description, but also be fully compliant with FireFox's approval policies so that the extension will pass a full review in their add-on database when submitted.
