Basketball bracket and groups in Rails

Hey All! I need help building a Ruby on Rails project. This is pretty straight forward project... 1. User creates an account --> First name, last name, email address, username, password, verify password, description, profile picture --> Email authorization will be sent 2. Bracket Data --> User fills out a bracket like this one: [login to view URL] --> Bracket can be edited until a certain date 3. User Groups --> User can join many groups, create many groups --> User can only use the one bracket they created 4. Scoring brackets --> Brackets will need to be scored based on wins based on the round (1st round through final round), each round's win will be scored differently --> A Leaderboard for each group will be showed to let the user know how they are placing in the groups against all the other members of the groups 5. Notification --> Email notifications of wins and losses in each group and rankings, user must opt-in for this feature 6. Real-time data --> Show real-time stats of games as they are happening, and keep data of the games on the brackets after game is complete. --> Add real-time chat private to each group That's it! The UI doesn't need to be pretty... data just needs to work! I'm willing to host this on any server including a Rackspace Cloud sever or Heroku.. which ever is easiest. Deadline to complete this project is within 7 days of bidding close. Most of this can be completed with simple Rails Gems... the hard part will be real-time data. Thanks!!
