Convert PSDs to beautiful HTML and clean up existing pages

We're looking for a skilled front-end developer with the ability to slice up PSD’s and turn them in to semantic, beautifully-styled HTML with ease. We also need that person to help us polish our front-end, using the latest CSS, HTML and JavaScript standards across all modern browsers - responsive design is a must. Most of the page views are already built - only about 10 need to be generated from the PSDs. (All PSDs will be provided!) The existing pages simply need to to be cleaned up so that they match the original design. To ensure you're the right candidate for this project, you'll need the following tool set: - Extensive presentation layer (HTML/DHTML/CSS/LESS/JavaScript/DWRAjax) experience - Web services integration (XML/JSON) experience - Object oriented (JavaScript/jQuery) experience - Visual Studio/.Net Experience (C#; C++; [login to view URL]) - Agile development environment and source control (SVN/GIT) Be sure to pay careful attention to the [login to view URL] requirement - if you are not perfectly comfortable within this framework you will be bidding yourself into a world of hurt!
