Distribution of (Video, images, animations, vcards, games, calender, lottery tickets etc) 4. Built in campaign setting for broadcasting (hours,days,weeks etc) and the option to send different campaigns. 5. Change name of the device 6. Tracking of devices historically so that the same content is not delivered to the same device twice. 7. Must be Permission based. 8. Built in report generator to show campaign success. 9. Software must have a built in security. 10. Windows based XP/Vista easy to install.
