Convert code from Java to Javascript then build out project

I would like to convert this project to Javascript so I can run it on my webserver.
I would then like to enhance it to import and bin pack items from SVG files.
I should be able to define the size length and height of the minimum size bin.
I want to be able to fit the svg objects in the minimum amount space as possible. Once the bins are solved then it should save each bin in a separate svg file. This app should also have a JSON response that gives you each bin size and total size in square feet.
