So what you want is a price calculator that checks a users league profile for their current rank and estimates what their new rank will be after their chosen number of wins? If so, I can write the javascript for it easily. All you'll have to do is embed my finished product into the page which I can instruct you how to do if required. I have over a year of experience in web development and have created payment forms with calculators that query external API's before ( such as the one used to get the rank of a league account ) so this is within my experience.
