Custom Mapping and Route Planning Web Application

We require a talented web developer to create an embeddable application for our website. The closest example to our required application is: [login to view URL] Essentially we need a method for users to create travel routes of various lengths and legs with custom mapping showing potential routes. The database that powers the software must allow for multiple travel providers (airlines) that are differentiated via different colour lines to allow our users to easy distinguish between their various options. The database must allow for multiple routes to the same destination ie from Point A to B via Points C and D to allow the functionality we have in mind. The project also requires that 2 versions of application be available to us, one that is full featured that shows specific flights and times depending on date given and one that is feature reduced that only indicates the presence of an airline on any given route. Preferably both applications would run off a single database. The database must be editable by us so we can continue to update the application to ensure relevance of its information into the future. At the conclusion of work we would gain all copyrights to the work, and have sole usage of the application. We are open to other software environments if you feel that you can produce a superior solution to our problems. For the successful developer there would be periodic ongoing work as we add functionality to the application.
