Code a script for Google Sheets (move a range with values & format...)

Sample of my project can be seen by the link below. [login to view URL] I want to select a range in a row. After that by clicking on an item from top menus the interface has to ask me a question ( e.g. "Please enter new row number ?" ) The answer of the question indicates new row we move our range of data. All the Values, Formulas & format must be moved to our new row. The old row has to be deleted. The continuing formula on "cumulative expense" column must be preserved. Must not go bad.
