Copy css and html from a siple site

Hi, we need someone to copy from a simlple site with only one page, the css and html code and make a few changes that will make it looks a bit different. The new elements are on a .jpg we made. We don't need anything from the programming part, only the visual part. There is a programmer that will take the html, css and elements you will make, and he will make them work. 1. The whole setup is based on the setup of a simple website (a loose copy of ) 2. In the included picture you will see the change of colors we want, compared to the original site. 3. Concerning the header, we want to place the 4 elements to the right and the rest is a jpg that we should be able to change. 4. The rollover is based on the original site but with our own colors. 5.
