Convert ebay listing HTML to be compatible for Turbo Lister

I need a experienced ebay programmer to convert the design into a compatible HTML template for use in turbo lister. This template will be very simple to code. It contains the following: - Header with links - Categories (will need to be dynamic) - Product image space - Product Description - Tabbed Box So not very hard. Very simple. HOWEVER you must meet following criteria: - MUST be compatible in turbo lister. The client will be using their listing in turbo lister so the template must NOT break when client edits in turbo lister. If you are experienced you will know how to overcome certain bugs which causes the template to break. (maybe coding with tables is better than divs in this case) - Know ebay HTML code - Must be browser compatible (especially IE) Deadline: 24 hours (I will expect this file to be completed for me by tommorow) THIS IS MUST!! Only apply if you can meet deadline too. I will provide jpeg file of template to interested and experienced candidates. I am looking to hire immediately. If you are successful in completing job, I have plenty of other jobs so this can be ongoing. Now my budget is $60. Why? Because I understand this is a very simple job for someone experienced. I also understand that the HTML is not that difficult, you just have to know certain tags which may or may not work in turbo lister. So please be fair and get in touch if you can meet my budget.
