CSS3 convert to Javascript

Looking for someone to rewrite the existing code for following Slideshow: [login to view URL] We need to replicate that visual effect without using CSS3. The problem is that not all the browsers support that. We need support for all the main modern browsers. We also need thumbnails instead of numbers. The final result should look like the attachments.
