Convert CMS 1500 ANSI 837 - repost

Please apply only if you have done this task before Need to take a HCFA print image (CMS 1500) file and convert it into ANSI 837 Professional format (4010A1) Pieces need to include a mapping tool to map out all of the fields, then convert to ANSI. All fields of the CMS 1500 must be able to be mapped. Also need to include as part of the program the ability to edit the ANSI headers before the program creates the ANSI outbound file.
