ASP.Net Programmer needed for the final phase of the project

Hi guys, I have a project posted in Freelance and I don't seem to get any genuine bids. People don't read the description and they start bidding. It's really irritating. So here is the job description in detail. 1. It's a hospital management system developed by me. 2. You have to finish work that's left out in the website and make it 'Launch Ready' 3. The type of work needed is, introduce some functionality, some corrections in cms, some inter-page connectivity, some error rectifications etc etc 4. Design and database are already done. (ASP.Net, SQL Server 2012) so don't bid for that too. 5. It's already running in a hospital at 40% capacity. So basically you are bidding on a working model which needs further improvement to make it work at 100%. 6. Companies with multiple programmers are not preferred. Individuals are welcome. 7. Preferences given to programmers from Chennai and Women. But if you are proficient in English, you are 'A' ok. 8. You will have to work with me continuously for 10-15 days. That's all. 9. Payment has two options. Either get paid for this work in one single amount and say bye bye. Or you can be our company's Chief Software Engineer. Choice is yours (We are a startup company) 10. Bid sensibly. Anything more than 15K is pointless for this tiny work. Cuz l was the idea behind this website and my friend created it in a matter of a month. Since he is no more, I had to find some one else to finish our dream. So bid reasonably and sensibly. 11. Two ideas in this HMS are patented, so NDA will have to be signed before you can access the source code. If you are willing to have a fun time, making some small changes to an already done website, and be a part of something BIG..... Bid on this project and contact me.
