Develop a site similar to shanghaidaily in features and functions. I am open to backend for content management. This project is to produce a site with the same feel and function, but not a direct copy. The project would be a work in progress with additional work (at additional cost) to be performed to update and modify the site. The final result should include features and functionality . It is the bidders responsibility to completely review the shanghaidaily site and familiarize themselves with all functionality. I am open to suggestions. Proposals and ideas welcomed.
