A realtime graphical analyzer

I would like to build a graphical analyzer of a log file that will run on Windows The analyzer should scp into a linux box to a given directory and tail (in real time) a specific log file and graphically represent all entries as far as memory usage. For example a sample log would be: 2016-04-05 07:45:16,391 [Thread-22] INFO [login to view URL] - TYPE=MDUL, ID=default:557ed2f0f280095bd402a8e4, {"Match recognize":{"Estimated memory bytes":213095,"Partition count":50,"State count":115,"Event count":391},"Estimated memory bytes":{"Total":410335405},"View":{"Estimated memory bytes":205061155,"Event count":376259}} I would need to be able to visualize the above number -- Estimated memory bytes":205061155. This number will change every minute and should be updated in the program as the log file values change based on tailing of the file. Also each module id would need to be its own series. The graphs should contain the last 10 minutes worth of data, so 10 data points per series. And a series per module ID, for example the ID for the above log file would be 557ed2f0f280095bd402a8e4. Also there should be a lookup capability that I could alias 557ed2f0f280095bd402a8e4 with rule1 or something similar. This is for one module, there could be many modules and each module should be visualized individually. A sample of what I thinking is included in the uploads.
