I need someone to make program that is capable of optimizing Fuzzy rules with Decision Diagrams methods, in other worlds to make bigger rules from smaller ones.

As shown in paper research. For example input of program should be some txt file where are rules written in format like in example 2. Rules need to be read and some kind of Decision Diagrams needs to be generated. After that optimization needs to be done with Decision Diagrams methods and results with optimized diagram need to be shown on screen or printed in output file. Examples of this method are shown in attached paper.

What program are you using it is on you to choose. But i prefer Java or Matlab. Other program languages are also acceptable. If you have any questions ask.
