Develop a Mac Application

 Responsible for requirement modifications and new development to accommodate the functional changes required for handling huge amount of data  My responsibility in project is to migrating the PoSys application from the RDBMS environment (fetching the data from RDBMS) into Hadoop environment using Sqoop and processing through Map Reduce (Core Java) and PIG Scripts.  Developed many python scripts to fetch the data into the hadoop environement and processed via Control-M and Oozie scheduler.  Interpreting the existing code to modify for the change requests and defects raised by the business.  Involved in tuning the application code(used Map Reduce) to improve the performance of the application  Involved in weekly status calls with onshore tech lead to discuss the status of work.
