Design a Matlab Programme

I want to develop a Multi-level Authentication System for an ATM (Automated Teller Machine) Machine using either MATLAB or Java or both to perform the simulation and verification. The ATM System is such that there will be an initial registration where the user details such as Biodata, fingerprint, iris and signature are collected. There will be another function to enable the user to login and perform transactions such as check account balance and make withdrawal. The system will work such that the first request will be to slot in the ATM Card (we will use a long unique 15 digit on the interface in place of the ATM CARD. This number will be generation during the registration). So, once we input those 15 digits number, it will prompt for password (which is a 4digit code that will be created also alongside the 15 digit number above for each user). After which it will request for the fingerprint. Once that stage is passed, it will request for the iris and finally once that stage is passed it will request for the signature. I need a comprehensive source code in Matlab that can perform all this function and also a suggestion of the devices to use to capture the biometrics. I would also need to know how to interface these devices on the Matlab/Java Windows. Remember: The program developed will have a Graphical User Interface (GUI) that will enable interactions with the user.
