Matlab (usually) comes with a C compiler. I've used to convert m-script to C for mobile deployment. It's actually quite straightforward to use, if there are any incompatibilities the application tells you and suggests how to modify the matlab code. If you want I can run it through the compiler and make tweaks where necessary. It's a pretty easy task in my option. Let me know.
