Administrator: It will create the exams (It will provide the questions an its answers) and It can create new users b. User: It logs in with the provided username/password and the exam is showed to it. 2. There can be some restrictions like: time for the exam, how many times the user can do the exam, in what time the exam will starts and etc. (It depends on your requirements).
