Hi, 1. We need a bridge to enable communication between Hotspot and our metatrader (mt4) platform via FIX protocol and MT4 APIs. 2. The fastest way possible (less than 100ms), update tick by tick. 3. Both QUOTE and DEAL data would be transported via this bridge. Or even better solutions are welcomed for discussion. 4. 300 transactions per second is required. 5. Clear and well annotated code is preferable and developer manual is needed. 6. Java is the preferable code language for this project. 7. If your solution is better than our expectation, the price is negotiable. 8. 25% will be paid after research and nailing down the plan, 50% will be paid after delivery satisfied code, and final 25% will be paid after finishing real environment test.
