We are building a logic-based application where users will be able to make decisions to alter the outcome of probability based scenarios. (based upon our logic decision tree and statistical probabilities). It is very important that the vendor has at least a working knowledge of baseball. The application will be written in java or similar and its input data will come from our site and this is also where the results are sent to upon completion of the scenario.
