With function such as Portable, Authentication, Registration (MD5 digest in the database), Update personal information, Add a contact, Online/Offline/Unconfirmed contact lists, Point-to-point message (better for offline message support), File transfer, Logout, Chat message. Two table in DB: Users, Friends Due in two or three days after project award. Function spec will be given.
