App developer consultant for out future project

We are looking for a consultant to give us tips and ideas about the best practices to create an app. You must be expert in the following: Unity 3d Unreal Engine IOS/Android development C++ / C# API Please don’t bid without a solid portfolio/projects completed in this aria. We will have one hour of Skype (or other methods) conversation after you understand the project requirements. We expect a good level of English and you to be able to lead the session. You can introduce our self into technical details and the potential challenges of the project. You have to give us a good idea of how to the workflow should be. We will send you a non-disclosure agreement prior to sending the full documentation. A few hints to have a brief idea of what we are planning to achieve: We need an interactive 3d human model (profile/avatar) that can be shaped by the user We need to store many variables on a server based on user preferences (database recommendations?) We need to give user certain results based on these variables At this point, we consider developing the app in a game engine because of the 3D model and because of the fact that we will be able to have the app build on IOS and Android without building it twice. The app will have a classic corporate like UI, not “game like” UI User Registration and profile Device camera access and ability to take and save pictures and do crop/selection tool All the details of the project will be shared with you after the non-disclosure agreement is signed.
