My client is looking for an app that can be downloaded from his website or from the apple store. All this app needs to do is to be able to open a specific website that is 100% responsive and W3C compliant. The app needs to be sort of like a browser but it can only view the website URL that is passed into the application via some variable; it should work with any responsive website. We will take recommendations as to what programming language this needs to be done in.
