C# or Java or VB.Net Windows Program

Looking for an expert c#, java or vb.net coder to redo a small application (desktop based, written in delphi, source code available). This application does a simple job of taking in an excel file and feeding its data to another application (exe, typecasting) and then taking the result of this exe and adding more columns to the original excel file. This exe allows you to enter few details and gives a result one by one but using this small application we are able to do it in a batch (load it up from excel file and then getting the result right in it) So, let me know what you would charge for an app like this. I will brief you with more info and walk through the app once we are ready to roll. We need this in about 15 days. I can provide the source code to the existing app. You just have to redo it in C#or java or vb.net and may be add some more minor features which we can discuss later on.
