Application Description Java front end or language of choice- Must be a proffessional interface which looks good. Running on local machine with backend database and central server (MY SQL). Full working application delivered and configured. The system will be storing vehicle details with images, costing of vehicles, and will require strong reporting functionality for various aspects of the business. Milestone Payments 1st Milestone after working prototype with at least 30% functionality. At this point if all is well 20% of job price will be paid. Second Mile stone at 80% functionality. Again if all functions asked for are implemented and working 30% of outstanding balance will be paid. Third Mile stone to be made after full application is installed and configured and i have completely tested the full finished version and ensured everything works correctly and server processes are working perfect as well.
