android music player - starting point

Hello Android/Java coders, I need a skinned player that will play music from an android device and also play a predefined station from pandora. The size should fit apps and tablets - I want this to work across the most devices as possible. The player will need volume control, pause, play, next song, and previous song. Pitch control would be great as well. More enhancements to this project will come, bid low and I can continue working with different aspects of this project with you. I'm developing on a windows machine using Java EE - Eclipse. Please make the source work in that environment. Thanks GCA_Projects
