Android Torrent Client

I want a BitTorrent Client Application for Android. Here are all the features I want: 1. Multiple Simultaneous Torrent Downloads 2. In-App Searches for Btjunkie and Piratebay 3. Start, Stop, Pause 4. Set File priorities (files which are in the torrent) 5. Downloading while phone is sleeping/display is off 6. Should keep downloading in background while other apps are being used (While the app is downloading any torrent, it can show an icon in the status bar) 7. Should show all torrent details such as Seeders, Leechers, Downloading Speed etc. Here are some torrent apps you may want to refer: [login to view URL] Note: 1. I would want the full source codes 2. You should agree to not share/sell the codes to anyone else other than me. 3. All testing will be 100% your responsibility. Bugs and other compatibility problems found (on any android handset) after releasing will be your responsibility too for upto 3 months. 4. If the app is send untested, we will close the project. I have faced this problem many times in past and I don't want to keep another person just to test an app. Hope you understand. 5. Extra features added will be paid extra $20.00 USD/hour. 6. Bugs/ compatibility issues found (after first 3 months) will be paid extra $20.00 USD/hour. 7. Payment Terms: 20% to start via milestone, 50% on apk testing (testing done my me), 75% on releasing in market, 100% after 1 month of launch. 8. It should work on all android versions i.e. 2.0 and up (including honeycomb and ICS). 9. It should have a tablet friendly UI. 10. Please only bid if you have enough experience with Android applications. I want the highest quality work.
