Android Contacts

I have a existing android project and I need the following below. 1) to change my whole current iphone contacts layout into android contacts layout in my app. 2) to create a database that can link to the default android contacts database in my app, because I need additional field which is "key". "key" field is to store those password in it which will link to the default android contacts, so each contacts will have a "key" Please kindly quote me your best price.
