I'm looking to create a mobile website that uses Newspapers RSS feeds. When the person clicks on the RSS Feed, it takes the person to a customized page where it removes all of the links, advertisements, pictures, etc. If you're able to create this as a native app, great! If not, a mobile version will work as well. Unfortunately this is my first project, so I won't have alot of money for this project. But if things go well, I will rehire the applicant for future business opportunities.
