Build Search Interface using SOLR LUCENE JSON output

We are looking to enhance our search interface. Currently we are using extjs to render SOLR output. We are looking for a freelancer who can work with our existing extjs codebase and either enhance it or replace it with a cleaner more simple interface. The search results will have audio, video and text included. We will leverage facets and carrot clustering for tree navigation. Looking for something simple yet elegant, google news is a good benchmark. Please only reply if you have experience with building interface from SOLR/JSON results. We will want to see samples of your work to qualify you.
