Adjusting a simple Java script - reposted

I installed a code on the site that made the side bar scroll down with the rest of the blog. I got this code from here: [login to view URL] Now What I need is an adjustment in that code; I need the sidebar to scroll down without “delay”. Which meanse I need the sidebar to look stationary while the blog is scrolling down. For a demonstration, go to [login to view URL] and look how the right sidebar is stationary while you scroll down in the site. Summary: I need an adjustment in that code I installed so the side bar scrolls down with NO “Delay” which makes it look STATIONARY or STICKED. Thank You
