Write a set of ~15 Java classes that implement a JSP tag library and Java servlets (including a .tld file) to support a chat between a customer and an agent. The HTML/javascript/CSS produced should operate in a fairly stringent operating environment (common browsers IE6+, Chrome, Firefox, Safari and security/privacy settings sufficient for e-commerce). Requires a little use of SQL. All communication must use standard web protocols. See attached specification for more detail.
