Basic REST-based Charts

Create a basic chart on a webpage, with dynamic configuration via remote XML file. All parameters are configurable and dataresults are mapped to chart elements. Should include the most common types of charts. there should be some basic filters, which perform filtering based on any of the data result properties. The chart can be placed on any page with minimal coding.
