Android Open Device Accessories - Weekly Programming

I have an existing program, that needs an extra read/write bytes to the interface to IOIO Android Open Device Accessories opensource library, and also any ADB connection data programming would be an advantage. I will need a programmer for many weeks, for 15-20 hrs per week. This is for bid will be for the 1st week of approx 15-20 hrs, for each additional weeks programming we can create the next bid request.
