create a radio + chat player for a web-radio. - Repost - open to bidding

Hello. We got a web-radio. we are about to make some changes on it. We are requesting someone to create a player (that won't lag), & a chat where the users can go and post whatever they want. the chat is needed to be easily administrative (in order to kick someone from there and delete messages...) anyone who is interested please make a bid, Thanks
