Local Seo (results needed!)

Hello, I am looking for a person/team for long term work on maintaining my local SEO websites ranking. I have had some SEO work on one of the websites before and it was around page 3 of my top keyword but now I want to take this further and have quality results done. Notes: - This project will be for one website but if results can be shown then I will contract you to do continuous work for 4-5 websites. - If you are just going to do some links and social signals and leave then don't bother because it will waste your time and mine. - I need you to have up to date knowledge and be able to show me some results that you have got for other clients so I know you can deliver. If you apply with a generic application I won't bother to read. I need you to explain to me your experience and what steps you will take to increase the rank for my local SEO website. This will be long term work if you take it seriously so please take the time to explain how you can get me good results and we will be able to work together on a lot of projects :)
