Create/Manage a PPC Campaign

I am interested in finding a partner who will manage all aspects of marketing http://pole.zone. This includes SEO and especially SEM campaigns.

I am looking for someone with excellent English skills who can independently write ad content, determine optimal target keywords, optimize ads over time, etc.

I am looking for more than a service provider. The ideal partner is an independent thinker who manages all marketing efforts related to the website, including conceiving and designing banners for the homepage, deciding which products to push during different seasons of the year, how to adjust prices and possibly select loss leaders for specific marketing campaigns, etc.

When bidding for this project please briefly explain why you feel you meet the qualifications I described above, and list some quick ideas on how to jumpstart the marketing effort for this particular website. Experience with marketing dancing, yoga, or other related fields is useful and a big plus for this project.
