Let's just say we need someone that will be managing payments for our Facebook ads. This is a perpetual service. The person must be a reliable and trusted. The person must be ready to start within the next 48 hours.
Our basic challenge is that due to our country restriction, we are unable to make payments to Facebook. However, we have freelancer funds. The person must be ready to accept freelancer funds in exchange for helping us pay facebook. It means the freelancer funds must be of value to you.
We want to take advantage of the escrow service offered here. We will send payment for facebook bill + your service fee (here on Freelancer), then you make payment for our facebook bill with your card or paypal. Once the job is completed, the fund is released to your freelancer account.
