I have worked at home for a long time, including recently, as I was a work@home agent for one of the largest credit card providers in the country. I was ranked as the best agent on the best team, for all of US based servicing. I even led a team to being the best in overall customer service for all US based servicing for months on end. I also helped consult on their overall process, administration and customer facing philosophies. I led, I taught, I mentored.
What makes me more suited to this as I have started multiple eCommerce based platforms, across multiple industries, handling everything from eCommerce, social media, and overall administration plans, not just customer service administration processes.
Skype, Internet, both no problem.
Additional Skills: Facebook. One startup I was involved in, I had taken their page from 2000 people to 50000 in the span of 8 months, and its still one of the largest audiences to this day in this audience, its up to 2.5mm now.
